I am a multidimensional latina, whose goal is to amplify the collective knowledge by inspiring women leaders to follow their path to joy and self-realization.

I have spent the last 20 years of my life building an IT career at a Fortune 5 Healthcare company. As a result, I have fully embraced living an Agile mindset, where incremental progress, continuous change, collaboration and process improvement are the keys to successful transformation and innovation.

As a Manifesting Generator in Human design, I am multi-passionate and a lifelong learner moved by curiosity and joy and I follow my Sacral strategy when making decisions.

In my constant quest to well-being and living an authentic life, I have ventured into holistic certifications such as Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Ziva Online®, Jikiden Reiki®, Usui Reiki, Soul Reading Method™, Wild Rose Priesthood, Sacral Womb Healing, Human Design and Biofield tuning.

These holistic practices have not only allowed me to prioritize well-being and fully embrace my true self, but have also provided the tools to regulate my nervous system, to heal inner child wounds, to clear karmic and ancestral wounds and to reclaim my power as a confident conscious woman in the corporate world.

 

In this journey I realized that just like in IT Agile methodology, we are always evolving and becoming as such healing is constant. Healing requires us to love and embrace every part of ourselves so we can be present in the now and cocreate the life we can consciously manifest. 

Most importantly this journey has inspired the creation of the Alkimia Signature sessions. They are a blend of my personal experiences, my leadership skills and the wisdom found in these holistic practices.
