Meet Kathy
Kathy is a multidimensional latina, whose goal is to amplify the collective knowledge by inspiring and empowering women leaders to follow their path to joy and self-realization.
​
Kathy has spent the last 20 years of her life building an IT career at a Fortune 5 Healthcare company. As a result, she has fully embraced living an Agile mindset, where incremental progress, continuous change, collaboration and process improvement are the keys to successful transformation and innovation.
​
As a Manifesting Generator in Human design, she is multi-passionate and follows her Sacral strategy when making decisions.
She is a lifelong learner moved by curiosity and joy, in her constant quest to well-being and living an authentic life, she has ventured into holistic certifications such as Akashic readings, Yoga, Ziva Online®, Jikiden Reiki®, Usui Reiki, Soul Reading Method™, Biofield Tuning, Wild Rose Priesthood, Sacred Womb Healing, Human Design, New Earth Medicine Woman, Quero Nusta Paqo in training.

These holistic practices have not only allowed her to prioritize well-being and fully embrace her true self, but have also provided the tools and awareness to regulate her nervous system, to heal inner child wounds, to clear karmic and ancestral wounds and to reclaim her power as a confident conscious woman in the corporate world.

In this journey she realized that just like in IT Agile methodology, we are always evolving and becoming as such healing is constant. Healing requires us to love and embrace every part of ourselves so we can be present in the now and cocreate the life we can consciously manifest.
Most importantly this journey has inspired the creation of the Alkimia Signature sessions. They are a blend of her personal experiences, her leadership skills and the wisdom found in these holistic practices.
